Two categories, two different standards of evidence. Politicians' declared cases come straight from sworn election affidavits. Everything else on this page is limited to cases already reported, charged, or decided in public — nothing here is a submission, and there's no form to add a name.
Politicians
Every candidate contesting an Indian election must file a sworn affidavit disclosing pending criminal cases, under a Supreme Court-mandated Election Commission rule. MyNeta.info, run by the Association for Democratic Reforms (ADR) and National Election Watch, publishes those affidavits as filed — unedited. We link out rather than host or scrape this data ourselves, so you always see it exactly as ADR maintains it. The button below goes straight to their list of sitting Lok Sabha MPs with declared criminal cases, sorted by count — it covers all declared cases, not only ones related to sexual offences, since that finer filter isn't something ADR's site exposes.

This is a small, editor-maintained list — not a database, and not open to public submission. An entry is added only once a case has already been publicly reported by name, with a charge sheet, court record, or credible news coverage to cite. Status is never blurred: it says charged, under investigation, or convicted, and nothing more than that.
